*Coronavirus Update*
COVID-19 is a significant health crisis for the UK, and we know many of you will be concerned on the impact of the virus on your investments and insurances.
We are continuing to carefully monitor and manage the situation around Coronavirus, and ensure that we are as well prepared and well positioned as possible to provide people with the support and services they need.
Following the latest Government update on 23rd March to minimise social contact and reduce cross contamination our advisers are now all working from home as too are our office administration team. Our offices will remain closed until further advice from the Government.
We have invested in technology to enable this to work effectively and we aim to provide you with the same high standards of service as before but simply from home rather than our offices.
Understandably we will need to liaise via phone / email or post throughout this unprecedented period rather than meet face to face.
To help us deliver an uninterrupted service to you may we kindly request that if you do need to speak with your adviser you call them or text them on their mobile and they will call you back, and if you do need to let us know something in writing please use email in the first instance.
